Looking for something to liven up your workweek standards? Ruffles. Don't cringe and bear with me here. I am not what I would describe as a girly girl but the new riff on ruffles has me wanting to make like a piƱata and cover myself in them. They were all over the runway for Fall 2016 and even more so in the latest resort collections. So here is some inspiration to get you ready.
Paris Fashion Week. What worked for work
Since The Work Look is about getting dressed for work the conceptual looks from Paris Fashion Week don't feature here, but hopefully you will find a lot of looks here you can recreate with items you have or, you are making a list of things you MUST add before Fall starts. Enjoy the first 32 looks here.

Negotiating must have
If only I weren't in sales. If only I were someone sitting down at the negotiating table. A deal closer per se. If I were, I would want this to be my pencil pouch. I would whip this little baby out so fast and just sit him on the conference table and not bat an eyelash. Casually grab a pen or a note pad out of it at the beginning of a meeting and just get down to business.
This little guy seems to be sold out everywhere at the moment but I will certainly be keeping an eye out for it. You know, for all those deal closing women in my life, because sadly it doesn't quite fit into mine. *sigh*
